Discussion
The outcome of my discussion with Indrayoga Retreat: what the problems were, and what solutions I proposed.
Client Problems
A new villa nobody knows yet
As a new villa, Indrayoga Retreat had no reputation or reviews. Guests hearing its name could not verify what the place looks like.
Admin flooded with repetitive questions
The same questions arrived every day: what do the rooms look like, what facilities exist, how much does it cost. Admins spent their time answering the same things.
Needing a simple web, not a complex system
The need was clear and narrow: present rooms and facilities as clearly as possible. A complex booking system would be overkill at this stage.
Proposed Solutions
Room listings that answer before being asked
Each room type shown with photos, capacity, pricing, and facilities. Prospective guests get every answer without chatting the admin first.
A facilities gallery that sells the atmosphere
Pool, garden, communal spaces, and villa corners photographed and arranged to sell the stay experience, not just the building.
One lightweight, fast-loading page
Deliberately a single page so the link spreads easily across social bios and chats. Opens from phones in seconds.
Reservation button in every section
After spotting the right room, guests just press the always-available reservation button. The distance between interested and reaching out made close to zero.

"The web is simple but answers everything. Repetitive questions to our admins dropped sharply, guests arrive already knowing which room they want."
Conclusion
The Indrayoga Retreat landing page project was completed and went live in October 2025. This new villa now owns a digital brochure working 24 hours: rooms and facilities answered on-page, admins only handle guests who are genuinely serious.
The main lesson: not every business needs a big website. Sometimes one page answering every repetitive question is far more valuable than a dozens-of-pages website with no focus.
